Four things you can expect immediately after your CR onboarding is complete.
Once Sahamati has processed your CR onboarding request, the following will be in place for your entity. Use this page as a checklist to confirm your onboarding is fully set up.
You will receive a confirmation from Sahamati confirming that your entity has been successfully created in the Central Registry. This confirmation will include your Entity ID and serves as your official record of participation in the AA ecosystem. Please retain this for your records.
Your entity is now enabled to fetch tokens from Sahamati and access the Central Registry on a regular basis. Token access is essential for participating in AA data flows. If you encounter any issues fetching tokens, please reach out to your TSP in the first instance, or contact Sahamati Member Services.
The AA Program SPOC designated during onboarding will be granted access to Sahamati's Self-Service Portal. Through this portal, your SPOC can independently manage and rotate your organisation's secrets — an important step in maintaining the security of your ecosystem credentials. Learn more about secret rotation and why it matters.
Sahamati runs a SPOC update campaign every quarter to ensure that contact details across all Registered Entities remain current and accurate. You will receive a communication from the Member Services team prompting you to review and confirm — or update — the SPOCs registered against your entity. It is important to respond to this campaign promptly to avoid any disruption to communications from Sahamati.
If any of the above (except 4) are not in place within 3 working days of receiving your welcome email, please write to [email protected].
